This project comprised the fit-out of the existing vacant shop unit on the ground floor of the Charnock Bradley Building to form accommodation suited for meeting rooms.

The works included the creation of a mezzanine gallery floor over part of the space. The accommodation is similar to the existing accommodation of offices on the floors above and also includes stairs and tea prep.
