Annickbank Innovation Campus.
This project comprised the construction of a new two-storey business pavilion for North Ayrshire Council, within the existing Annickbank Innovation Campus.
This new pavilion provides modern, energy-efficient office space, to address the shortage of business space within North Ayrshire. The completed development will be targeted at SMEs in life sciences and other sectors and will support local business growth.
The building is intended to be low carbon and energy efficient with an EPC rating of A+ and a Platinum sustainability label The occupational running costs will be lower than that of many existing buildings as a result.
