Elsie Inglis Nursing Home.
This project comprised the full refurbishment and extension of the Category C listed Elsie Inglis Nursing Home in Edinburgh, to provide 49 en-suite bedrooms along with common and ancillary areas over four storeys.
We constructed a two-storey timber kit extension to the building to provide additional bedrooms and common areas along with the construction of a new conservatory.
Externally we completed roof refurbishment and replacements works and window repairs and replacements.
