Huxley Studios, Edinburgh.
This project comprised the design and build of a 102-bed student accommodation development, Huxley Studios, on Stanley Place, Edinburgh.
The works commenced with demolition of existing buildings, related site removals and clearance works. We also completed the internal fit out of the studios, ancillary facilities including kitchen and breakfast bar, media room, lounge, gym, dining room, and management office.
Externally we created car parking facilities, cycle storage and complete hard and soft landscaping works along with outdoor recreational and entertainment equipment and spaces for outdoor exercise and dining.
