This project comprised the conversion of a former Travelodge hotel in Aberdeen city centre, to create a student accommodation development.

The development now comprises 107 studio bedrooms, a student lounge, individual study rooms, group study room, communal club spaces, private dining room, cinema, gym and laundry room.
