Lidl, Dumbarton.

This project involved the design and build of a new Lidl Supermarket in Dumbarton along with works for the adjacent future development of further retail units.

Works included groundworks such as partial replacement of a water culvert into the adjacent tidal basin of the River Leven, new drainage, foundations, footpaths and car park construction.

We also completed a full mechanical and electrical installation including air handling units, refrigeration and air conditioning, full office and welfare facilities for staff and customers.

This project was completed in one phase, however as it required sheet piling within the River Leven, these works had to be completed on a tidal basis, taking cognisance of low and high tide periods, to ensure the works were effectively completed.
