The project comprises the construction of 97 residential homes consisting of semi-detached bungalows, two storey semi-detached and terraced houses, complete with associated infrastructure.
The houses are being constructed with concrete slabs, with timber kits, with the external façade being a mixture of facing brick and render finish. The homes have pitched rood with Marley concrete tiles.
Internal works include drylining, partitions and suspended ceilings, full internal decoration and new floor finishes.
