Mayfield Residencies.

This project comprised the construction of two five-storey student accommodation buildings totalling 257 rooms on Edinburgh’s Mayfield Road which is directly opposite The University of Edinburgh’s Kings Building campus.

The first building provides 148 bedrooms, with the second building providing a further 109 bedrooms.

The new development features a modern gym, communal area, laundry facilities and a cinema, all of which will be formed via traditional construction.
